Any law abiding citizen that meets the criteria to purchase a handgun should be allowed to carry. Nothing stops the criminals from carrying, they are already criminals, by nature they are going to do criminal things. If they knew that more law abiding citizens were carrying they would think twice about the crimes they planned on committing! One thing that would be good to see for any CCW permit holder would be a tactical competency test. It's one thing to be a good citizen and it's another to be able to shoot strait under pressure without endangering others! Keep up the good work my friend!
